photoshoots
everyone has a story worth photographing.
My favorite photographs live somewhere between person and space, the way someone exists in a place, the stories they carry with them, the particular corner of this fragile world they occupy and the human experience they're living. That's what I'll be thinking about as we sit down together and plan your photo session.
I'm trying to make a picture that's actually true. The kind you'll look at years from now and recognize not just your face, but the person you were in that particular moment.

what we can make together.
One of my specialties is photographing artists, makers, and creators, helping to craft images that place themselves in the world of their work and in their unique perspective.
I also love working with families, couples, polycules, and friends, helping to enshrine the story of your relationship in light.
In addition to digital, I do film photography and polaroids. I also offer print options through a local print shop here in Hamilton, so that your memories can be off the screen and on your walls.
what kind of story are we telling?
Whether you're an author, a visual artist, a musician, or any other type of creator, I specialize in portraits that place you in the world of your work.
